Asian Electoral Stakeholder Forum is first-ever largest gathering between election management bodies (EMBs) and civil society organizations (CSOs) in Asia. This will be giving opportunity to EMBs, CSOs and other stakeholders to share and learn about the electoral challenges and best practices in the region. Further, it’s a venue for institutionalizing capacity building efforts in making elections more meaningful and credible through cooperation among stakeholders.
There were three successful gatherings held since 2012: AESF-1 in Bangkok, Thailand (2012), AESF-II in Dili, Timor-Leste (2015), and AESF-III in Bali, Indonesia (2016).
The AESF-IV in Colombo, Sri Lanka – August 2018
